Lambert DBM allows the Owner to act as Owner/builder with all the advantages of hiring a General Contractor without the overhead and general conditions.The Owner maintains a proper sequence of work without dealing with the realities of construction. Also, the Owner has access to all entities including sub-contractors with Lambert DBM qualifying all bids, an advantage Owners seldom have.

 As an Owner with Lambert DBM acting as real estate developer, a program is developed based on your needs, budget and selection of site. Lambert DBM assembles (unless otherwise predetermined by Owner) the design team, consulting engineer and other experts based on qualifications and price to design and build the system which meets your needs. Lambert DBM provides pre-design services which provide more accurate estimation of budget and scheduling. It's our intent to make sure all entities work closely together with an open line of communication to meet deadlines and budgets.
